Welcome to the Trunk-or-Treat registration form for vendors/participants. Join us for the most frightful time of the fear as Rio Rico Medical & Fire District is very excited to bring back the Trunk-or-Treat event again this year and we would be grateful to have some community participation. As past years, we wouldn't be able to have such a successful and fun event without your help. 

The Trunk-or-Treat event will open to the community at 5:30 pm but we will open for setup at 4:00 pm. We are expecting about 300-400 kids so we ask that you bring enough sweets to share. We welcome you to bring your best decorations and get creative as we will be handing out a few prizes to our participants at the end of the night.
